John has over 24 years of technology investment experience spanning private equity and growth. Before co-founding Covalent, John was a member of the Senior Leadership Team at H.I.G. Capital, running Tech Buyouts and serving on the Investment Committee. Prior to that, he was Partner at Advent, where he helped lead the global TMT team. John began his investment career at The Carlyle Group.

Quinlan has over 20 years of private equity and operating experience in enterprise technology. Prior to co-founding Covalent, he held senior roles at Partners Group, H.I.G. Capital and Symphony Technology Group, and began his investing career at Vista Equity Partners. He also led Strategic Programs and Value Creation at Genesys, a leading AI-powered customer experience platform, working directly with C-suite leadership.

Alex is a seasoned technology executive and investor with deep expertise in scaling enterprise software businesses. He served as CFO and COO at Appfire, a leading platform software company, where he oversaw capital strategy, operational scalability, and shareholder returns. Previously, Alex was Global Head of Corporate Development at ION Group, where he orchestrated 22 acquisitions representing $11 billion in enterprise value and helped scale the business from $150 million to $3 billion in revenue. Alex began his career as an investor at TA Associates focused on enterprise software and fintech. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School.

Kirill is an accomplished software executive with leadership experience spanning both large enterprises and private equity-backed high-growth companies. He served as CEO of Citrix and previously as President of Microsoft Business Solutions, one of the largest divisions at Microsoft. Kirill currently serves as Executive Vice Chairman at Acronis (EQT), Chairman at ITRS (Montagu), and Chairman at Spitch. He has also held investor director roles at Acumatica (EQT) and Avaloq (Warburg Pincus).

Tod is one of the most distinguished technology executives in America, with decades of experience scaling, growing, and managing SaaS companies. He has served as CEO of Talkwalker (Marlin), FinancialForce (Advent/TCV), Borland, and Heroku. Prior to his CEO roles, Tod was Head of Platform at Salesforce, President of VMware, and VP/GM at Microsoft. He currently serves as Director at Avaya (Apollo) and Chair of TrackUnit (Hg).
